Training schedule:
Praparation: For those who don't have their own ski touring equipment, we invite you to our rental shop in Bielsko-Biała, ul. Żywiecka 142.

Before training: Meet at 8:00 a.m. at the rental shop to select your equipment. Skis can be picked up the day before (or at the meeting point; details below).

Start:  godzina 09:00.
We will provide the meeting point no later than 24 hours before the trip – this depends on the current conditions in the mountains.

Duration of classes: Approximately 4-5 hours. During this time, we will ascend, learning proper technique and equipment use. The descent will be off-piste – this will depend on the level of training and participants. If there is insufficient snow, we will descend on prepared trails. During the course, we will take breaks, for example, at a mountain hut.

What we offer:

Ski touring basics: We provide a comprehensive introduction, starting with equipment use, basic techniques, and mountain safety. During the descents, we will train you on proper skiing technique. Please dress warmly for the descent, as we will stop, discuss your posture, and introduce corrective exercises. For advanced classes, we will also introduce off-piste elements, such as skiing in fresh snow or wooded areas. This will depend on the snow conditions.

Learning Through Practice: Under the guidance of our experienced instructors, you'll practice ski touring techniques on terrain appropriate to your skill level. We pay special attention to mountain safety, teaching you basic rules and how to navigate winter conditions.

If you don't have your own equipment, we invite you to our Górski Serwis rental in Bielsko-Biała, ul. Żywiecka 142.
We offer new, lightweight equipment, including: poles, skis, skins,
shoes (sizes 24 – 38, 25.5 – 39/40, 26.5 – 41, 27.5 – 42, 28.5 – 43/44, 29.5 – 45).

Additionally: In exceptional situations, we can bring equipment to the meeting point.
PLEASE NOTE: We cannot guarantee all shoe sizes. If a shoe doesn't fit at the meeting point, we accept no responsibility. Please call us in advance to discuss this matter.
Each trip will feature a different free treat, such as a snack, drink, or gift. Details can be found in the events section on the Górski Serwis Facebook page.

It is necessary to register the participant's participation in the classes in advance.

Mandatory equipment
Each participant must have appropriate equipment:
Ski touring set (skis, skins, boots, poles),
Ski or ski touring helmet,
Warm gloves, preferably ski gloves, it's good to take two pairs,
A hat or a buff scarf,
Warm clothes adapted to the prevailing conditions,
Energy snack (bar, chocolate, sandwich),
A warm drink in a thermos or thermal mug,
A backpack – one that will hold all the items mentioned above, plus a jacket for the descent. For the ascent, we wear lighter clothing than for the descent.
