2026<\/strong><\/p><p>This Privacy Policy sets out the principles of data processing in connection with the use of the \u201cNaviTasks\u201d mobile application available for Android and iOS.<\/p><h6><strong>1. Data Stored Locally on the Device<\/h6><p>The application stores the following information locally on the user&#8217;s device:<\/p><ul><li>selected language and theme,<\/li><li>timer settings,<\/li><li>information about acceptance of the Terms and Conditions,<\/li><li>number of application launches used to determine when the system rating request may be displayed,<\/li><li>access level: Free, Basic, or Premium.<\/li><\/ul><p>This information is used only for the proper operation and configuration of the application.<\/p><p>It is not transmitted to or stored on the Controller&#8217;s servers.<\/p><p>Local application data can be removed by uninstalling the application. On devices that provide an option to clear application data, it may also be removed using the relevant system settings.<\/p><h6>3. Subscriptions and Platform Stores<\/h6><p>NaviTasks offers optional recurring subscriptions.<\/p><p>Depending on the device used, purchases and subscriptions are processed by:<\/p><ul><li><strong>Google Play Billing<\/strong> on Android devices,<\/li><li><strong>Apple App Store \/ In-App Purchase<\/strong> on iOS devices.<\/li><\/ul><p>The available access levels are:<\/p><ul><li><strong>Basic<\/strong> \u2013 provides access to the \u201cTasks\u201d section,<\/li><li><strong>Premium<\/strong> \u2013 provides access to the \u201cLearning\u201d and \u201cTasks\u201d sections.<\/li><\/ul><p>The remaining parts of the application are available without a subscription.<\/p><p>The application communicates with the relevant platform store to determine whether a subscription or purchased product is currently active and to grant the appropriate level of access.<\/p><p>The Controller does not maintain its own database containing payment card details, bank account details, full billing information, purchase tokens, transaction identifiers, or subscription expiration dates.<\/p><p>The application stores only the resulting access level described in Section 2.<\/p><p>Google and Apple process account, purchase, payment, billing, fraud-prevention, and related information in accordance with their own privacy policies and terms applicable to Google Play and the Apple App Store.<\/p><p>The Controller does not receive users&#8217; payment card details from Google or Apple.<\/p><h6>4. External Services<\/h6><p>The application uses platform services necessary to provide its functionality.<\/p><p>On Android, these may include:<\/p><ul><li><strong>Google Play Billing<\/strong> \u2013 for purchasing, restoring, and checking active subscriptions,<\/li><li><strong>Google Play In-App Review<\/strong> \u2013 to display a system request to rate the application.<\/li><\/ul><p>On iOS, these may include:<\/p><ul><li><strong>Apple App Store \/ StoreKit In-App Purchase services<\/strong> \u2013 for purchasing, restoring, and checking active subscriptions,<\/li><li><strong>Apple StoreKit rating services<\/strong> \u2013 to display a system request to rate the application.<\/li><\/ul><p>The application may also open an external web browser after the user selects downloadable or external content. In such cases, the website <strong>gorskiserwis.com<\/strong> may be opened outside the application.<\/p><p>The Controller does not use NaviTasks for:<\/p><ul><li>advertising,<\/li><li>third-party advertising tracking,<\/li><li>behavioural profiling,<\/li><li>marketing analytics,<\/li><li>user tracking across applications or websites.<\/li><\/ul><h6>5. Purposes and Legal Basis for Processing<\/h6><p>Locally stored application data is used solely to provide the application&#8217;s settings and functions.<\/p><p>Because this information remains on the user&#8217;s device and is not transmitted to the Controller&#8217;s servers, the Controller generally has no direct access to this data.<\/p><p>Information concerning the user&#8217;s active access level is used to provide the content purchased by the user and to perform the contract for digital services \u2013 <strong>Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR<\/strong>.<\/p><p>If the user contacts the Controller for technical support or another application-related matter, personal data contained in the correspondence may be processed:<\/p><ul><li>to respond to and handle the user&#8217;s request \u2013 Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR where the request relates to performance of the contract,<\/li><li>for the Controller&#8217;s legitimate interest in handling correspondence, maintaining records where necessary, and establishing, exercising, or defending legal claims \u2013 Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR.<\/li><\/ul><h6>6. Data Recipients and International Transfers<\/h6><p>Account, purchase, subscription, and payment-related data may be processed by:<\/p><ul><li><strong>Google<\/strong>, in connection with Google Play services on Android,<\/li><li><strong>Apple<\/strong>, in connection with App Store and StoreKit services on iOS.<\/li><\/ul><p>Google and Apple process such data in accordance with their respective privacy policies, terms, and applicable data protection regulations.<\/p><p>Their services may involve processing personal data outside the European Economic Area. Where required by law, such transfers are carried out using appropriate legal mechanisms and safeguards.<\/p><p>The Controller may also disclose personal data to public authorities or other authorised entities where required by applicable law.<\/p><h6>7. Retention Period<\/h6><p>Data is retained as follows:<\/p><ul><li><strong>local application data<\/strong> \u2013 until it is removed from the device, the application data is cleared where supported by the operating system, or the application is uninstalled,<\/li><li><strong>technical support correspondence<\/strong> \u2013 for the period necessary to handle the request and, where applicable, for the period necessary to establish, exercise, or defend legal claims,<\/li><li><strong>Google Play account, purchase, and payment data<\/strong> \u2013 according to Google&#8217;s applicable policies and retention periods,<\/li><li><strong>Apple App Store account, purchase, and payment data<\/strong> \u2013 according to Apple&#8217;s applicable policies and retention periods.<\/li><\/ul><p>The Controller does not maintain a separate server-side NaviTasks user account or subscription history.<\/p><h6>8. Subscription Management<\/h6><p>Subscriptions automatically renew unless they are cancelled before the next renewal in accordance with the rules of the platform through which they were purchased.<\/p><p>The user may manage or cancel a subscription through the <strong>\u201cManage Subscription\u201d<\/strong> option in the NaviTasks application, where available, or directly through the relevant platform.<\/p><h6>Android<\/h6><p>Subscriptions purchased through Google Play can be managed through:<\/p><p><strong>Google Play \u2192 profile icon \u2192 Payments &amp; subscriptions \u2192 Subscriptions<\/strong><\/p><h6>iOS<\/h6><p>Subscriptions purchased through the Apple App Store can be managed through:<\/p><p><strong>Settings \u2192 Apple Account \u2192 Subscriptions<\/strong><\/p><p>After cancellation, access to paid content normally remains available until the end of the already paid subscription period, subject to the applicable rules of Google Play or the Apple App Store.<\/p><p>Uninstalling the application does not automatically cancel an active subscription.<\/p><p>Cancellation of a subscription does not automatically result in a refund of fees already charged. Refund eligibility is determined by Google Play or Apple, as applicable, and by applicable law.<\/p><h6>9. User Rights<\/h6><p>To the extent that the Controller processes the user&#8217;s personal data, the user has the right to:<\/p><ul><li>access their personal data,<\/li><li>rectify inaccurate personal data,<\/li><li>request erasure of personal data,<\/li><li>request restriction of processing,<\/li><li>receive personal data in a portable format where applicable,<\/li><li>object to processing where applicable,<\/li><li>lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority.<\/li><\/ul><p>In Poland, the supervisory authority is the:<\/p><p><strong>President of the Personal Data Protection Office<br \/>(Prezes Urz\u0119du Ochrony Danych Osobowych \u2013 UODO).<\/strong><\/p><p>For data processed independently by Google or Apple in connection with their respective stores, accounts, or payment systems, users should use the privacy tools and contact channels provided by Google or Apple.<\/p><p>The NaviTasks application does not allow users to create a NaviTasks account.<\/p><h6>10. Obligation to Provide Data<\/h6><p>Using the free features of NaviTasks does not require the user to provide payment details to the Controller.<\/p><p>Purchasing a subscription requires the user to provide the information required by the relevant platform provider:<\/p><ul><li>Google Play on Android,<\/li><li>Apple App Store on iOS.<\/li><\/ul><p>Payment information is provided directly to the relevant platform provider and is not provided directly to the Controller.<\/p><h6>11. Cookies and Local Storage<\/h6><p>The NaviTasks application itself does not use browser cookies.<\/p><p>It uses local device storage only to the extent described in Section 2.<\/p><p>When the user chooses to open an external website, such as <strong>gorskiserwis.com<\/strong>, that website is opened in an external browser and may use cookies or similar technologies in accordance with the privacy and cookie rules applicable to that website.<\/p><h6>12. Automated Decision-Making and Profiling<\/h6><p>The Controller does not use NaviTasks to perform profiling or automated decision-making that produces legal effects concerning the user or similarly significantly affects the user.<\/p><p>The automatic verification of subscription status is used solely to determine whether the user should have access to Free, Basic, or Premium application features.<\/p><h6>13. Children&#8217;s Data<\/h6><p>NaviTasks does not require the creation of a user account and does not intentionally collect personal data from children through the application.<\/p><p>Any purchase or subscription is processed by Google Play or the Apple App Store and is subject to the account settings, parental controls, age restrictions, and other rules applicable to the relevant platform.<\/p><h6>14. Gestione dell\u2019abbonamento<\/h6><p>Gli abbonamenti si rinnovano automaticamente, salvo annullamento prima del successivo periodo di fatturazione secondo le regole della piattaforma tramite la quale sono stati acquistati.<\/p><p>L\u2019utente pu\u00f2 gestire o annullare l\u2019abbonamento tramite l\u2019opzione <strong>\u201cManage Subscription\u201d<\/strong> nell\u2019applicazione NaviTasks, se disponibile, oppure direttamente nello store della piattaforma pertinente.<\/p><p>Android<\/p><p>Gli abbonamenti acquistati tramite Google Play possono essere gestiti in:<\/p><p><strong>Google Play \u2192 icona del profilo \u2192 Pagamenti e abbonamenti \u2192 Abbonamenti<\/strong><\/p><p>iOS<\/p><p>Gli abbonamenti acquistati tramite Apple App Store possono essere gestiti in:<\/p><p><strong>Impostazioni \u2192 Account Apple \u2192 Abbonamenti<\/strong><\/p><p>Dopo l\u2019annullamento, l\u2019accesso ai contenuti a pagamento rimane generalmente attivo fino alla fine del periodo di abbonamento gi\u00e0 pagato, salvo quanto diversamente previsto dalle regole applicabili di Google Play o Apple App Store.<\/p><p>La disinstallazione dell\u2019applicazione non comporta automaticamente l\u2019annullamento di un abbonamento attivo.<\/p><p>L\u2019annullamento dell\u2019abbonamento non comporta automaticamente il rimborso degli importi gi\u00e0 addebitati. L\u2019eventuale diritto al rimborso viene determinato in conformit\u00e0 con le regole di Google Play o Apple, a seconda dei casi, e con la normativa applicabile.<\/p><h6>9. Obbligo di fornire i dati<\/h6><p>L\u2019utilizzo delle funzionalit\u00e0 gratuite di NaviTasks non richiede la comunicazione di dati di pagamento al Titolare.<\/p><p>L\u2019acquisto di un abbonamento richiede la fornitura delle informazioni richieste dal fornitore della piattaforma pertinente:<\/p><ul><li><p>Google Play sui dispositivi Android,<\/p><\/li><li><p>Apple App Store sui dispositivi iOS.<\/p><\/li><\/ul><p>I dati di pagamento vengono forniti direttamente al relativo fornitore della piattaforma e non vengono trasmessi direttamente al Titolare.<\/p><h6>11. Cookie e memoria locale<\/h6><p>L\u2019applicazione NaviTasks non utilizza cookie del browser.<\/p><p>L\u2019applicazione utilizza la memoria locale del dispositivo esclusivamente nella misura descritta nella Sezione 2.<\/p><p>Qualora l\u2019utente scelga di aprire un sito web esterno, ad esempio <strong>gorskiserwis.com<\/strong>, tale sito verr\u00e0 aperto in un browser esterno e potr\u00e0 utilizzare cookie o tecnologie analoghe in conformit\u00e0 con l\u2019informativa sulla privacy e le regole sui cookie applicabili a tale sito.<\/p><h6>12. In diesem Fall kann die Website <strong>gorskiserwis.com<\/strong> au\u00dferhalb der Anwendung ge\u00f6ffnet werden.<\/p><p>Der Verantwortliche verwendet NaviTasks nicht f\u00fcr:<\/p><ul><li><p>Werbung,<\/p><\/li><li><p>Werbetracking durch Dritte,<\/p><\/li><li><p>verhaltensbezogene Profilbildung,<\/p><\/li><li><p>Marketing-Analysen,<\/p><\/li><li><p>die Nachverfolgung von Nutzern \u00fcber verschiedene Anwendungen oder Websites hinweg.<\/p><\/li><\/ul><h6>5. Empf\u00e4nger der Daten und \u00dcbermittlung au\u00dferhalb des EWR<\/h6><p>Daten zu Konten, K\u00e4ufen, Abonnements und Zahlungen k\u00f6nnen verarbeitet werden durch:<\/p><ul><li><p><strong>Google<\/strong> \u2013 im Zusammenhang mit Google-Play-Diensten auf Android-Ger\u00e4ten,<\/p><\/li><li><p><strong>Apple<\/strong> \u2013 im Zusammenhang mit App-Store- und StoreKit-Diensten auf iOS-Ger\u00e4ten.<\/p><\/li><\/ul><p>Google und Apple verarbeiten diese Daten gem\u00e4\u00df ihren eigenen Datenschutzrichtlinien, Nutzungsbedingungen und den geltenden Datenschutzvorschriften.<\/p><p>Die Nutzung dieser Dienste kann die Verarbeitung personenbezogener Daten au\u00dferhalb des Europ\u00e4ischen Wirtschaftsraums umfassen. Soweit gesetzlich erforderlich, erfolgen solche \u00dcbermittlungen unter Anwendung geeigneter rechtlicher Mechanismen und Schutzma\u00dfnahmen.<\/p><p>Der Verantwortliche kann personenbezogene Daten auch an Beh\u00f6rden oder andere berechtigte Stellen weitergeben, sofern dies nach geltendem Recht erforderlich ist.<\/p><h6>7. Verwaltung des Abonnements<\/h6><p>Abonnements verl\u00e4ngern sich automatisch, sofern sie nicht vor dem n\u00e4chsten Abrechnungszeitraum gem\u00e4\u00df den Regeln der Plattform gek\u00fcndigt werden, \u00fcber die sie erworben wurden.<\/p><p>Der Nutzer kann sein Abonnement \u00fcber die Option <strong>\u201eManage Subscription\u201c<\/strong> in der NaviTasks-Anwendung verwalten oder k\u00fcndigen, sofern diese verf\u00fcgbar ist, oder direkt \u00fcber den jeweiligen Plattform-Store.<\/p><p><strong>Android<\/strong><\/p><p>\u00dcber Google Play erworbene Abonnements k\u00f6nnen verwaltet werden unter:<\/p><p><strong>Google Play \u2192 Profilsymbol \u2192 Zahlungen &amp; Abos \u2192 Abos<\/strong><\/p><p><strong>iOS<\/strong><\/p><p>\u00dcber den Apple App Store erworbene Abonnements k\u00f6nnen verwaltet werden unter:<\/p><p><strong>Einstellungen \u2192 Apple Account \u2192 Abonnements<\/strong><\/p><p>Nach der K\u00fcndigung bleibt der Zugriff auf kostenpflichtige Inhalte grunds\u00e4tzlich bis zum Ende des bereits bezahlten Abonnementzeitraums bestehen, vorbehaltlich der geltenden Regeln von Google Play oder Apple App Store.<\/p><p>Die Deinstallation der Anwendung f\u00fchrt nicht automatisch zur K\u00fcndigung eines aktiven Abonnements.<\/p><p>Die K\u00fcndigung eines Abonnements f\u00fchrt nicht automatisch zur R\u00fcckerstattung bereits abgebuchter Betr\u00e4ge. Ein m\u00f6glicher Anspruch auf R\u00fcckerstattung richtet sich nach den Regeln von Google Play beziehungsweise Apple sowie nach dem geltenden Recht.<\/p><h6>9. Rechte des Nutzers<\/h6><p>Soweit der Verantwortliche personenbezogene Daten des Nutzers verarbeitet, hat der Nutzer das Recht auf:<\/p><ul><li><p>Auskunft \u00fcber seine personenbezogenen Daten,<\/p><\/li><li><p>Berichtigung unrichtiger personenbezogener Daten,<\/p><\/li><li><p>L\u00f6schung personenbezogener Daten,<\/p><\/li><li><p>Einschr\u00e4nkung der Verarbeitung,<\/p><\/li><li><p>Erhalt personenbezogener Daten in einem \u00fcbertragbaren Format, sofern anwendbar,<\/p><\/li><li><p>Widerspruch gegen die Verarbeitung, sofern anwendbar,<\/p><\/li><li><p>Beschwerde bei der zust\u00e4ndigen Aufsichtsbeh\u00f6rde.<\/p><\/li><\/ul><p>In Polen ist die zust\u00e4ndige Aufsichtsbeh\u00f6rde:<\/p><p><strong>Pr\u00e4sident des Amtes f\u00fcr den Schutz personenbezogener Daten<br \/>(Prezes Urz\u0119du Ochrony Danych Osobowych \u2013 UODO).<\/strong><\/p><p>F\u00fcr Daten, die Google oder Apple eigenst\u00e4ndig im Zusammenhang mit ihren jeweiligen Stores, Konten oder Zahlungssystemen verarbeiten, sollten Nutzer die von Google beziehungsweise Apple bereitgestellten Datenschutztools und Kontaktm\u00f6glichkeiten nutzen.<\/p><p>Die NaviTasks-Anwendung erm\u00f6glicht nicht die Erstellung eines NaviTasks-Benutzerkontos.<\/p><h6>10. Pflicht zur Bereitstellung von Daten<\/h6><p>F\u00fcr die Nutzung der kostenlosen Funktionen von NaviTasks ist es nicht erforderlich, dem Verantwortlichen Zahlungsdaten zur Verf\u00fcgung zu stellen.<\/p><p>F\u00fcr den Kauf eines Abonnements m\u00fcssen die vom jeweiligen Plattformanbieter erforderlichen Informationen bereitgestellt werden:<\/p><ul><li><p>Google Play auf Android-Ger\u00e4ten,<\/p><\/li><li><p>Apple App Store auf iOS-Ger\u00e4ten.<\/p><\/li><\/ul><p>Zahlungsdaten werden direkt an den jeweiligen Plattformanbieter \u00fcbermittelt und nicht unmittelbar an den Verantwortlichen weitergegeben.<\/p><h6>11. En los dispositivos que permiten borrar los datos de una aplicaci\u00f3n, tambi\u00e9n pueden eliminarse mediante los ajustes correspondientes del sistema.<\/p><h6>3. Suscripciones y tiendas de las plataformas<\/h6><p>NaviTasks ofrece suscripciones renovables opcionales.<\/p><p>Dependiendo del dispositivo utilizado, las compras y suscripciones son gestionadas mediante:<\/p><ul><li><p><strong>Google Play Billing<\/strong> en dispositivos Android,<\/p><\/li><li><p><strong>Apple App Store \/ In-App Purchase<\/strong> en dispositivos iOS.<\/p><\/li><\/ul><p>Est\u00e1n disponibles los siguientes niveles de acceso:<\/p><ul><li><p><strong>Basic<\/strong> \u2013 proporciona acceso a la secci\u00f3n \u00abTasks\u00bb,<\/p><\/li><li><p><strong>Premium<\/strong> \u2013 proporciona acceso a las secciones \u00abLearning\u00bb y \u00abTasks\u00bb.<\/p><\/li><\/ul><p>Las dem\u00e1s partes de la aplicaci\u00f3n est\u00e1n disponibles sin suscripci\u00f3n.<\/p><p>La aplicaci\u00f3n se comunica con la tienda correspondiente de la plataforma para determinar si una suscripci\u00f3n o un producto adquirido est\u00e1 actualmente activo y conceder al usuario el nivel de acceso correspondiente.<\/p><p>El Responsable del tratamiento no mantiene una base de datos propia que contenga datos de tarjetas de pago, n\u00fameros de cuentas bancarias, informaci\u00f3n completa de facturaci\u00f3n, tokens de compra, identificadores de transacciones ni fechas de vencimiento de las suscripciones.<\/p><p>La aplicaci\u00f3n almacena \u00fanicamente el nivel de acceso resultante de la compra, tal como se describe en la secci\u00f3n 2.<\/p><p>Google y Apple tratan los datos relativos a cuentas, compras, pagos, facturaci\u00f3n, prevenci\u00f3n del fraude y otra informaci\u00f3n relacionada de conformidad con sus propias pol\u00edticas de privacidad y las condiciones aplicables, respectivamente, a Google Play y Apple App Store.<\/p><p>El Responsable del tratamiento no recibe de Google ni de Apple los datos de las tarjetas de pago de los usuarios.<\/p><h6>4. Servicios externos<\/h6><p>La aplicaci\u00f3n utiliza servicios de las plataformas necesarios para proporcionar sus funcionalidades.<\/p><p>En dispositivos Android, estos servicios pueden incluir:<\/p><ul><li><p><strong>Google Play Billing<\/strong> \u2013 para comprar, restaurar y comprobar las suscripciones activas,<\/p><\/li><li><p><strong>Google Play In-App Review<\/strong> \u2013 para mostrar una solicitud del sistema para valorar la aplicaci\u00f3n.<\/p><\/li><\/ul><p>En dispositivos iOS, estos servicios pueden incluir:<\/p><ul><li><p><strong>Apple App Store \/ StoreKit In-App Purchase<\/strong> \u2013 para comprar, restaurar y comprobar las suscripciones activas,<\/p><\/li><li><p><strong>servicios de valoraci\u00f3n de Apple StoreKit<\/strong> \u2013 para mostrar una solicitud del sistema para valorar la aplicaci\u00f3n.<\/p><\/li><\/ul><p>La aplicaci\u00f3n tambi\u00e9n puede abrir un navegador web externo cuando el usuario selecciona contenido descargable u otro contenido externo. En ese caso, el sitio web <strong>gorskiserwis.com<\/strong> puede abrirse fuera de la aplicaci\u00f3n.<\/p><p>El Responsable del tratamiento no utiliza NaviTasks para:<\/p><ul><li><p>publicidad,<\/p><\/li><li><p>seguimiento publicitario por parte de terceros,<\/p><\/li><li><p>elaboraci\u00f3n de perfiles de comportamiento,<\/p><\/li><li><p>an\u00e1lisis de marketing,<\/p><\/li><li><p>seguimiento de usuarios entre diferentes aplicaciones o sitios web.<\/p><\/li><\/ul><h6>5. Finalidades y bases jur\u00eddicas del tratamiento<\/h6><p>Los datos almacenados localmente en la aplicaci\u00f3n se utilizan exclusivamente para proporcionar la configuraci\u00f3n y las funcionalidades de la aplicaci\u00f3n.<\/p><p>Dado que esta informaci\u00f3n permanece en el dispositivo del usuario y no se transmite a los servidores del Responsable del tratamiento, este, por regla general, no tiene acceso directo a dichos datos.<\/p><p>La informaci\u00f3n relativa al nivel de acceso activo del usuario se utiliza para proporcionar los contenidos adquiridos y ejecutar el contrato de prestaci\u00f3n de servicios digitales, de conformidad con el <strong>art\u00edculo 6, apartado 1, letra b) del RGPD<\/strong>.<\/p><p>Si el usuario se pone en contacto con el Responsable del tratamiento para solicitar asistencia t\u00e9cnica o por cualquier otro asunto relacionado con la aplicaci\u00f3n, los datos personales incluidos en la correspondencia podr\u00e1n ser tratados:<\/p><ul><li><p>para responder y gestionar la solicitud del usuario, de conformidad con el art\u00edculo 6, apartado 1, letra b) del RGPD, cuando la solicitud est\u00e9 relacionada con la ejecuci\u00f3n del contrato,<\/p><\/li><li><p>sobre la base del inter\u00e9s leg\u00edtimo del Responsable del tratamiento en gestionar la correspondencia, conservar la documentaci\u00f3n necesaria y formular, ejercer o defender reclamaciones, de conformidad con el art\u00edculo 6, apartado 1, letra f) del RGPD.<\/p><\/li><\/ul><h6>6. Destinatarios de los datos y transferencias fuera del EEE<\/h6><p>Los datos relacionados con cuentas, compras, suscripciones y pagos pueden ser tratados por:<\/p><ul><li><p><strong>Google<\/strong> \u2013 en relaci\u00f3n con los servicios de Google Play en dispositivos Android,<\/p><\/li><li><p><strong>Apple<\/strong> \u2013 en relaci\u00f3n con los servicios de App Store y StoreKit en dispositivos iOS.<\/p><\/li><\/ul><p>Google y Apple tratan dichos datos de conformidad con sus propias pol\u00edticas de privacidad, condiciones de uso y la normativa aplicable en materia de protecci\u00f3n de datos personales.<\/p><p>El uso de estos servicios puede implicar el tratamiento de datos personales fuera del Espacio Econ\u00f3mico Europeo. Cuando lo exija la legislaci\u00f3n, dichas transferencias se realizar\u00e1n utilizando mecanismos jur\u00eddicos y garant\u00edas adecuados.<\/p><p>El Responsable del tratamiento tambi\u00e9n podr\u00e1 comunicar datos personales a autoridades p\u00fablicas u otras entidades autorizadas cuando as\u00ed lo exija la legislaci\u00f3n aplicable.<\/p><h6>7. Per\u00edodo de conservaci\u00f3n de los datos<\/h6><p>Los datos se conservan durante los siguientes per\u00edodos:<\/p><ul><li><p><strong>datos locales de la aplicaci\u00f3n<\/strong> \u2013 hasta que sean eliminados del dispositivo, se borren los datos de la aplicaci\u00f3n cuando el sistema operativo permita dicha opci\u00f3n, o se desinstale la aplicaci\u00f3n,<\/p><\/li><li><p><strong>correspondencia con el servicio de asistencia t\u00e9cnica<\/strong> \u2013 durante el per\u00edodo necesario para gestionar la solicitud y, cuando corresponda, durante el per\u00edodo necesario para formular, ejercer o defender reclamaciones,<\/p><\/li><li><p><strong>datos de cuenta, compras y pagos de Google Play<\/strong> \u2013 de acuerdo con las pol\u00edticas y los per\u00edodos de conservaci\u00f3n establecidos por Google,<\/p><\/li><li><p><strong>datos de cuenta, compras y pagos de Apple App Store<\/strong> \u2013 de acuerdo con las pol\u00edticas y los per\u00edodos de conservaci\u00f3n establecidos por Apple.<\/p><\/li><\/ul><p>El Responsable del tratamiento no mantiene una cuenta de usuario de NaviTasks independiente en sus propios servidores ni conserva un historial propio de las suscripciones del usuario.<\/p><h6>8. Gesti\u00f3n de la suscripci\u00f3n<\/h6><p>Las suscripciones se renuevan autom\u00e1ticamente, salvo que sean canceladas antes del siguiente per\u00edodo de facturaci\u00f3n de conformidad con las normas de la plataforma a trav\u00e9s de la cual fueron adquiridas.<\/p><p>El usuario puede gestionar o cancelar su suscripci\u00f3n mediante la opci\u00f3n <strong>\u00abManage Subscription\u00bb<\/strong> de la aplicaci\u00f3n NaviTasks, cuando est\u00e9 disponible, o directamente en la tienda de la plataforma correspondiente.<\/p><p><strong>Android<\/strong><\/p><p>Las suscripciones adquiridas a trav\u00e9s de Google Play pueden gestionarse en:<\/p><p><strong>Google Play \u2192 icono del perfil \u2192 Pagos y suscripciones \u2192 Suscripciones<\/strong><\/p><p><strong>iOS<\/strong><\/p><p>Las suscripciones adquiridas a trav\u00e9s de Apple App Store pueden gestionarse en:<\/p><p><strong>Ajustes \u2192 Cuenta de Apple \u2192 Suscripciones<\/strong><\/p><p>Despu\u00e9s de la cancelaci\u00f3n, el acceso al contenido de pago normalmente permanece activo hasta el final del per\u00edodo de suscripci\u00f3n ya abonado, sujeto a las normas aplicables de Google Play o Apple App Store.<\/p><p>La desinstalaci\u00f3n de la aplicaci\u00f3n no cancela autom\u00e1ticamente una suscripci\u00f3n activa.<\/p><p>La cancelaci\u00f3n de una suscripci\u00f3n no implica autom\u00e1ticamente el reembolso de los importes ya cobrados. El posible derecho a un reembolso se determinar\u00e1 de acuerdo con las normas de Google Play o Apple, seg\u00fan corresponda, y con la legislaci\u00f3n aplicable.<\/p><h6>9. Derechos del usuario<\/h6><p>En la medida en que el Responsable del tratamiento trate datos personales del usuario, este tiene derecho a:<\/p><ul><li><p>acceder a sus datos personales,<\/p><\/li><li><p>rectificar los datos personales inexactos,<\/p><\/li><li><p>solicitar la supresi\u00f3n de sus datos,<\/p><\/li><li><p>solicitar la limitaci\u00f3n del tratamiento,<\/p><\/li><li><p>recibir sus datos personales en un formato que permita su portabilidad, cuando corresponda,<\/p><\/li><li><p>oponerse al tratamiento, cuando corresponda,<\/p><\/li><li><p>presentar una reclamaci\u00f3n ante la autoridad de control competente.<\/p><\/li><\/ul><p>En Polonia, la autoridad de control competente es:<\/p><p><strong>Presidente de la Oficina de Protecci\u00f3n de Datos Personales<br \/>(Prezes Urz\u0119du Ochrony Danych Osobowych \u2013 UODO).<\/strong><\/p><p>En relaci\u00f3n con los datos tratados de forma independiente por Google o Apple en el marco de sus respectivas tiendas, cuentas o sistemas de pago, los usuarios deber\u00e1n utilizar las herramientas de privacidad y los canales de contacto proporcionados por Google o Apple.<\/p><p>La aplicaci\u00f3n NaviTasks no permite crear una cuenta de usuario NaviTasks.<\/p><h6>10. Obligaci\u00f3n de proporcionar datos<\/h6><p>El uso de las funcionalidades gratuitas de NaviTasks no requiere proporcionar datos de pago al Responsable del tratamiento.<\/p><p>La compra de una suscripci\u00f3n requiere facilitar la informaci\u00f3n exigida por el proveedor de la plataforma correspondiente:<\/p><ul><li><p>Google Play en dispositivos Android,<\/p><\/li><li><p>Apple App Store en dispositivos iOS.<\/p><\/li><\/ul><p>Los datos de pago se proporcionan directamente al proveedor de la plataforma correspondiente y no se transmiten directamente al Responsable del tratamiento.<\/p><h6>11. Cookies y almacenamiento local<\/h6><p>La propia aplicaci\u00f3n NaviTasks no utiliza cookies del navegador.<\/p><p>La aplicaci\u00f3n utiliza el almacenamiento local del dispositivo \u00fanicamente en la medida descrita en la secci\u00f3n 2.<\/p><p>Cuando el usuario decide abrir un sitio web externo, por ejemplo <strong>gorskiserwis.com<\/strong>, este se abre en un navegador externo y puede utilizar cookies o tecnolog\u00edas similares de conformidad con la pol\u00edtica de privacidad y las normas relativas a cookies aplicables a dicho sitio web.<\/p><h6>12. Toma de decisiones automatizada y elaboraci\u00f3n de perfiles<\/h6><p>El Responsable del tratamiento no utiliza NaviTasks para realizar perfiles ni tomar decisiones automatizadas que produzcan efectos jur\u00eddicos sobre el usuario o que le afecten de forma similar y significativa.<\/p><p>La comprobaci\u00f3n autom\u00e1tica del estado de la suscripci\u00f3n se utiliza \u00fanicamente para determinar si el usuario debe tener acceso a las funcionalidades Free, Basic o Premium.<\/p><h6>13. Datos de menores<\/h6><p>NaviTasks no requiere la creaci\u00f3n de una cuenta de usuario y no recopila intencionadamente datos personales de menores a trav\u00e9s de la aplicaci\u00f3n.<\/p><p>Las compras y suscripciones son gestionadas por Google Play o Apple App Store y est\u00e1n sujetas a la configuraci\u00f3n de la cuenta, los controles parentales, las restricciones de edad y otras normas aplicables de la plataforma correspondiente.<\/p><h6>14.
